Membership Subscription Agreement

1. Acceptance and Modification of Service Terms

• 1.1 This Agreement aims to regulate the usage of subscription renewal services between members and Pet Chat. Members must accept and comply with this Agreement.

2. Service Description

• 2.1 Under the premise that members have activated this service, Pet Chat may automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the member's account when the validity period is about to expire.
• 2.2 For automatic renewal, members must ensure that their account balance is sufficient; otherwise, members shall bear the responsibility for any renewal failure due to insufficient balance.
• 2.3 Members using this service shall be deemed to have agreed to the relevant service terms and the content publicly disclosed by Pet Chat.
• 2.4 This service is restricted to use within Pet Chat's platform, and any illegal activities are not permitted.

3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

• 3.1 Pet Chat provides a method for querying the specifics of automatic renewal but is not responsible for invoice processing.
• 3.2 Pet Chat shall deduct fees and extend the membership validity within the agreed timeframe.
• 3.3 In case of billing errors, both parties shall cooperate to resolve the issues and bear responsibility based on their own faults.
• 3.4 Pet Chat may change the service content based on business or technical upgrades. Changes will be publicly disclosed on relevant pages, and members may choose to accept or cancel the service.
• 3.5 Members who do not cancel the service will be deemed to agree to Pet Chat attempting periodic deductions.
• 3.6 If there is a price adjustment for the service, the latest price shall prevail.
• 3.7 Pet Chat has the right to decide whether to charge fees or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and will publicly disclose this on relevant pages.

4. Validity and Termination of Agreement

• 4.1 This Agreement becomes effective upon the member's acceptance or use of this service and remains in effect until the member terminates the service/cancels membership.
• 4.2 Members may choose to terminate the service at any time, after which Pet Chat will cease providing the service.
• 4.3 Membership fees are charged on a pay-first, service-later basis, meaning that purchasing membership services is equivalent to purchasing an online product, and not a prepayment, deposit, or stored value card. Therefore, once the purchase is successful, it is deemed that you have used the product, and membership services cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any automatic renewal instructions previously authorized by the member remain valid, and corresponding fees will not be refunded prior to service termination.

5. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Both parties should resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If unable to resolve, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of this Agreement's signing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
